By using this website, registering as a member, purchasing goods and subscibing to our newsletters, you agree, understand and accept the terms and conditions as listed below:

Product Descriptions

The information and images provided on this website are shown and described as accurately as possible, however as products on this website are hand or machine made there maybe variations in texture, pattern, grain or colour from what is seen in the photos.

Items may appear smaller or larger than what is shown in the photos, please always check the size and measurements provided in the product descriptions.

Product Availability

We try to keep stock on hand but can not always achieve that.  Stock levels are checked and updated on the site regularly but in some cases we may not be able to supply all items in your order.  Where we can not complete your order, we will email you to let you know and give you the option of a similar or substitute item, offer a refund or issue a credit for future use.

Returns

If you have received an item that is faulty or not as described, you can return it for a replacement or a refund providing that, the product has not been used or damaged, is returned with its original packaging and is returned within 15 days of purchase.  Postage charges when returning items are the responsibility of the customer.  No refunds will be given on shipping costs.  For any product returns, please complete the returns form in the Customer Service section.

Shipping

We ship nationally and internationally.  Shipping options within NZ are given at checkout, choose whether your order is to be sent by NZ Post or by courier.  All tracking numbers are retained for all packages sent to NZ addresses.  Shipping charges include postage and packaging.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours, after your payment has cleared.  All packages are wrapped securely in bubble wrap and if required cardboard for extra protection.   All items purchased are combined into one shipping charge to save you money!

FREE POSTAGE ON ALL PURCHASES OVER $80 WITHIN NZ

International postage is available, please contact us for shipping costs.  Orders will be sent by international airmail, generally taking 15-20 days to arrive depending on destination.  Customs import duties or taxes may be payable in the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer.  Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Pricing

All prices shown on this site are in New Zealand Dollars.

Payment

New Zealand customers:  Payment can be made by bank or internet deposit or by Paypal.  Your payment option will be made at checkout and details given at that time. 

International customer:  Payment can be made by Paypal only.

We do not gather, store or process any credit card information, we use a third party financial services provided by Paypal.  They use a secure server so you can be assured your order is processed securily.
